Sean M. Carney

Sean has been active in the field of group insurance and employee benefits consulting since 1993. Prior to creating Lambert & Carney Benefits Group (one of 360 CBA’s predecessor companies), he was a consultant handling midsize businesses to fortune 500 companies for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies.

As a consultant, Sean brings strong personal skills and expertise in carrier premium/fee negotiations, plan benchmarking and creative strategic planning. As a former carrier insider, Sean is a tenacious and seasoned negotiator understanding the financial structure of benefit plans while at the same time balancing the needs of his clients and carrier risk tolerance.

Sean has developed a database of over 1,000 corporate benefit plans. Using this proprietary tool he is able to provide clients with information necessary to benchmark their plans along a cost versus competition matrix comparing benefit levels and premium contributions. This tool not only allows the employer to attract and retain its employees, but to educate their employees on the strength of their benefit plan compared to other employers.

Sean’s clients range from colleges and universities to publicly traded organizations. His passion and experience, combined with his proactive service is Sean’s greatest asset to his clients.

Sean is a proud supporter and committee member of The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Hole in the Wall Camp was founded by the late Paul Newman and is an international non-profit organization committed to providing children with cancer and other serious illnesses and conditions a camping experience of the highest quality, while extending year-round support to their families and health care providers.

Steve Nadeau

Steve has been in the employee benefits field since 1991. He worked on the insurance carrier side of the business as an employee benefits marketing representative and sales manager for 10 years. In this role he consulted with hundreds of employer groups, ranging from small businesses to publicly traded Fortune 100 companies.

Steve’s background and associations within the industry provide a thorough understanding of risk management. Steve is passionate about helping clients communicate to employees the value of their benefit plan, building wellness programs, and ultimately making sure clients get the best plans possible at the best price.

He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major concentration in Finance/Insurance. Steve is a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and has earned a Consumer Directed Health Care (CDHC) Certification.

Steve supports several schools and nonprofit organizations. He is active with Dana Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund. Away from the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.

Paul Lambert

Paul has been active in the field of group insurance and employee benefits consulting since 1979. His professional designations include a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Additionally, he is a Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC) in the State of Connecticut. Prior to creating Lambert Associates (one of 360 CBA’s predecessor companies), he was a consultant handling national accounts for Frank B. Hall.

As a consultant, Paul brings strong skills in carrier premium/fee negotiations, plan benchmarking and problem resolution. He is a seasoned negotiator understanding the financial structure of benefit plans and the balancing of client needs and carrier risk tolerance. He is an avid client advocate bringing years of experience in resolving service and contractual issues.

He has been surveying companies since 1987 having developed a database of over 1,000 corporate benefit plans. Using this proprietary tool he is able to provide clients with information necessary to benchmark their plans along a cost versus competition matrix.

Paul is a past national Vice President of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits and is a two-time president of the local chapter. He currently serves on Broker Advisory Boards for both Anthem Blue Cross and United Healthcare. Paul has been awarded the St. Augustine Medal for service by the Diocese of Bridgeport and the St. George emblem for his service to the Catholic Committee on Scouting. He actively serves his parish as a Eucharistic Minister and Chairman of its Finance Committee. He is also active with the regional chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Jason Jaworoski

Jason has been active in the field of group insurance and employee benefit consulting since 2001. His career started as a consultant for a fortune 500 Insurance company where he garnered national recognition for sales excellence and product development. As another one of the partners of 360 CBA with insurance insider experience, Jason has extensive knowledge and experience in underwriting practices, actuary pricing strategies and well developed relationships that he leverages to create an edge for his clients.

As a consultant, Jason brings a unique combination of experience, tenacity and energy to his clients. His dedication to excellence and drive to understand the unique culture and needs of his clients is what sets him apart from his competitors and leads to the deep relationships he develops with his clients. As a negotiator, Jason is a seasoned professional that understands the complex financial structure of benefit plans and the “gray” areas that can be contested. Jason also offers his clients insight to the root cause of healthcare cost and utilization while taking a lead role in developing pro-active consumerism campaigns geared toward reducing overall claims expense and lowering out of pocket costs.

Jason is an inaugural founder of the JBI Foundation and currently sits on its Board of Directors. The JBI Foundation is a registered not-for-profit organization that primarily supports Mothers Against Drunk Driving (M.A.D.D.). As a board member, Jason takes a lead role in the foundations fund raising and event planning.

Jason is a graduate of Rutgers University where he achieved a B.A. in Economics and minor in Sociology. While at Rutgers Jason was a member of the Varsity Baseball team that won the Big East Championship.
